To get started, simply select your desired package and style on our Pricing page and click the “Get Started” button. This will bring up a form for you to fill in your information. We’ll then contact you to discuss your project and send you our onboarding questionnaire. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us through our contact form.
Once you have confirmed your project and completed our questionnaire, we will begin the process of developing the script, recording the voice-over, creating the storyboard, and animating the video. The time frame for completing the video can vary depending on the package you have chosen, but typically ranges from two to eight weeks. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to your video and will guide you through the entire process.
A 30-second script typically consists of 75 words. With this word count, we are able to include sections for problem definition, solution, and call to action. If you wish to expand the length or add more sections to your video, we can discuss options for extending the length and budget during production.
Yes, you may order as many videos as you like. You can also combine multiple orders to create longer videos. For example, if you order four 30-second videos, we can create one 120-second video or four 30-second videos. We will provide you with a questionnaire in which you can specify how you want your videos to be created.
Yes, you can order multiple 30-second packages and combine them into one video or spread those seconds across multiple videos. Just be sure to mention your preference in the questionnaire; one long video or multiple short videos, etc.
After we deliver the first preview of your video, you will have the opportunity to make two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. If you still have concerns after the revisions, please reach out to us, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
